Our hams proudly bear the registered trademark Ozark Mountian, signifying the unique quality of our curing & smoking process. We use a traditional dry-rub sugar cure, smoking the ham to a golden brown color using only native hickory wood. Our bone-in hams can be purchased either Fully Cooked for your convenience or UnCooked if you like to do the cooking yourself. For the ultimate in elegance & convenience, order you Fully Cooked Ham already Spiral Sliced. Slices are approximately 1/8 to 1//4" thick.
Our Fully Cooked & Spiral hams may be heated in a covered roaster in a 250 to 300 degree oven. Heating time is about 3 to 4 hours for a whole ham & about 2 hours for a half ham. These hams may also be served at room temperature.
