We mix a special blend of seasonings, lean beef & pork, in small batches, then hand-stuff the natural casings and slow smoke them to create our delicious Summer Sausage.
Our Tontitown-Style Salami is made from only lean pork & beef (we use no fillers or binders) with the addition of garlic & peppercorns for a heartier taste.
The Northwest Arkansas community of Tontitown was founded by immigrants from Italy. The Ozark foothills were much like those left behind in the old country & the traditions of making sausages & wine and growing grapes flourished in this area. Satisfied customers have raved for years about this "Taste of Italy" in the Ozarks.
Our delectable cheeses are infused with a delightful, light smoked flavor. Just like our other meats & sausages, our cheeses are given careful attention & smoked over green hickory logs.
