Two- One Pound Packages of Sliced Peppered Bacon |
At the Ozark Mountain Smokehouse, we cure our bacon the traditional Ozark Mountain way. We select only lean sides, hand-rub them with our secret blend of brown sugar & spices, then slowly smoke them over greet hickory logs, just like your Grand-Dad did - if you were lucky enough to grow up in the Ozarks. To make our Peppered Bacon, we add cracked black pepper to the cure.
Our bacons are our least perishable products because they arrive at your home uncooked. When your bacon arrives, be sure to refrigerate it immediately. If you don't plan on using the bacon in the first several days of arrival, please freeze it. All of our bacons must be cooked before serving, and are safe to ship all year round.
