Shipping Information

We ship all our products via FedEx. We do not send to P.O. Boxes or APO or FPO addresses.

All of our items are PERISHABLE, and most are shipped fully cooked, frozen, vacuum sealed and in styrofoam coolers. Some products, such as our bacon, may be shipped in an insulated pouch. PLEASE, put products into a refrigerator or freezer upon delivery. We have an agreement with FedEx that all packages should be left at the door regardless of whether there is someone at home. Please alert your recipient that a perishable item is being shipped to them. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered when the recipient is not at home. Please confirm with your recipient that they will be in town before you place your order.

FedEx will not forward our packages and most of our gifts are unable to withstand reshipping. We're sorry but we can't be responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address, or packages not received because the recipient is not at home, is out of home, or has moved.

We may require Air Services for certain destinations, as well as for certain shipments placed in the weeks preceding Christmas or Thanksgiving. Between April 15th and September 15th, we require our smoked meats to be shipped via 2-day air to certain destinations.
